Double 77 - Refund & Exchange Policy

We want your fits to be exactly what you expected. If something doesn't sit right, you have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.

  • Have all original Double 77 tags attached.

  • Placed in their original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Since we handle everything directly, initiating a return is fast:

  • Send us a DM on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order details (name, phone number, and the item).

  • Tell us if you want a size exchange or a full refund.

  • Our team will schedule our courier to pick up the item from your address anywhere in Egypt.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund immediately.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be securely transferred to you via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash (or other mobile wallets), or bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
